16:00 to 18:00 - Arrival window, check-in and tent assignment for camping guests. Your tent will be numbered and ready with mattresses and pillows. A warm welcome drink and light starters help you relax as you meet your batch and TMT team.
18:00 to 20:00 - Acoustic and live band sets to warm the mood. 20:00 onwards - Hilltop DJ floor kicks in with EDM and BDM artists. At 22:00 the anchor will lead the official lantern release. 23:30 - countdown prep and stage build up. 00:00 - Midnight fireworks and extended DJ sets. After midnight enjoy VIP zones, campfire sessions, late night comedy and bonfire jams.
06:00 - Gentle wakeup party and sunrise guided trek. 08:30 - Brunch party with live acoustic singalong. 11:30 - Checkout for campers and hotel guests or join optional onward trips to Omkareshwar and Ujjain.
JLF Tent City has 100 Alpine tents of 6 by 6 feet, each with two mattresses and pillows. The tent city is fenced and gate controlled with male and female bouncers. Each tent is numbered for quick check-in. Help desk staff use walkie talkies to coordinate security and guest support.
Separate male and female washrooms sanitized every two hours. Medical station and first aid team are on site. A mother and baby care room provides privacy and support. Ear protection covers are available for infants during loud performances.
Vegetarian base menu included in many passes. A nature themed bar serves alcohol and mocktails. VIP menus may include limited non-vegetarian items; check inclusions. Coffee and bakery options are available throughout the morning and late night.
